The Seminar will be held by the well-known Yoga Teacher Trainer Timea Vitez,(HR-Yoga Teacher Trainer) and provides the opportunity to participate in twice-daily yoga classes and Beach Meditation. An initiative for everyone, both those who already have Yoga knowledge and those who want to approach Yoga for the first time.

Timea Vitez
Timea was first introduced to yoga after a serious car accident many years ago.
She graduated as a Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance U.S.A. & U.K.

HR – RYTT (Highly Recommended Register Yoga Teacher Trainer)
With over 7,000 teaching hours and over 25 years of Yoga life experience, mostly in India, specializing in all subjects, including Anatomy, Physiology, Philosophy, Meditation, breathing techniques and, naturally, Asana.

Today she spends most of her time forming Masters of Hatha Asthanga Vinyasa yoga at the school founded by her and her partner, Davide, in Italy: Yogamea School.

The name YOGAMEA comes partly from her name Timea (MEA) which means "my" in Latin. - YOGAMEA.... "MY Yoga".
